If you were the innocent party in the pile-up, you are entitled to a free courtesy vehicle while yours is repaired or until you get a settlement in the case of a total loss. Not At Fault will be paid by the insurance company of the driver who caused your accident. All replacement car charges are covered, and there is no cost to you.
Not At Fault will deliver the car directly to you at a predetermined location. It can be home, work, or a panel beater shop. We work with many panel beaters and would be glad to deliver a vehicle to their workshop. Once delivered, the replacement car is yours to use until your vehicle is fixed or, in the case of a total loss, when you receive a settlement. Luxury replacement vehicles are available.
